A clear plan first

We discuss which pipe section needs attention, how it can be reached and what work is required. The costs are discussed with you beforehand.

Arranging access

Work in a crawl space requires access through the hatch. For garden repairs, we discuss how to reach the affected pipe and what this means for the work.

Work on municipal land

Sewer work on municipal land is often covered by a contractor appointed by the municipality. If the problem is there, we first need to establish who is authorised and able to carry out the work.

Checking and explaining

After the repair, I check the work and discuss the result. Any remaining points requiring attention are explained to you.
